How do I apply?

Our GIRE Internship is open all the time.

What are the required qualifications for the program?

We review your application based on these criteria: G9 - G12 High school students or Undergraduate Students Freshman and Sophomore, Personal Essay (Find a topic/300 words), Unofficial transcript , Methodology Portfolio , TOEFL or Duolingo, English Interview. I am a high school/college student. Can I still participate?

Of course, you can. Our internship program is focused on high school students and college students.

I submitted my application. What happens next?

In general, the internship application process takes 2-3 weeks. However, please allow 1-2 months for processing final offers.

What is the length of the internship?

The GIRE RA Internship is a 12-week program offering a comprehensive research experience. It includes a 3-week pre-curriculum with GIRE's MS/PhD consultants to ensure participants are prepared to collaborate with professors on research. After this, interns will spend 8 weeks performing 'Virtual Research Assistant' duties.

Are there any achievements through the internship program?

Once the program has been finished, participants will receive a certificate of accomplishment and references such as a professional resume in English and research output (research paper) from those who have accomplished the research projects successfully.
