Preparation and Qualification

ISEF not only evaluates the depth of scientific research but also its relevance to current societal needs, such as electric vehicles and sustainable energy solutions. Participating students undergo rigorous preparation, often starting with regional competitions like Korea's KSEF (Korean Science and Engineering Fair), which serves as a qualifier for ISEF.

For those interested in participating in ISEF, thorough research and adherence to competition guidelines are essential. Projects must follow the scientific method, address a verifiable research question, and adhere to safety protocols and ethical considerations.

Overall, ISEF offers a platform where young scientists can showcase their innovation, addressing global challenges through STEM research. It's a testament to the future of science and technology, shaping tomorrow's leaders in these critical fields.
